What this adapter does

It converts an existing wired CarPlay or wired Android Auto connection into a wireless connection. Pair a compatible phone, then access supported navigation, music, calls and messages through the original vehicle display.

What it does not do

It does not add CarPlay or Android Auto to a vehicle that never had factory wired phone projection. It is also not intended for factory wireless-only systems or unverified aftermarket head units.

Screen mirroring: useful, but check your phone first

This version includes screen-mirroring capability for compatible phone and vehicle configurations. It can be useful for displaying supported phone content on the original screen when the vehicle is parked or when local rules allow.

Important: Screen-mirroring compatibility can vary by smartphone model, operating-system version, app restrictions and factory infotainment system. Do not rely on mirroring as a substitute for supported CarPlay or Android Auto functions.
